The Work of this project consists of a new 6,300 sq. ft. air-conditioned pre-engineered metal building, with metal roof panels, lapped siding, and stone veneer wainscot. The project includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and interior finishes. Site work includes concrete sidewalks, a concrete parking lots for 31 cars, site lighting, and dumpster enclosure.
