Prime contractor responsible for entire scope of work on a bonded municipal project of a large renovation and remediation of a Fire Station.
Project consisted of miscellaneous remediations to interior and exterior building elements due to poor soil conditions. Exterior remediations include removing and replacing sections of concrete sidewalks and heavy-duty paving and tying all existing roof downspouts into the underground storm drainage system. Interior remediations include removing several water closets and concrete slab section below, removing and replacing expansive soils beneath, re-pouring concrete slab section, re-installing water closets, and refinishing the concrete slab at these areas.
